In the first episode of the new season, house hunter couple Brenda Barry and Thomas Collins are looking for Maggie and Kieran’s help finding a bargain in Tipperary, close to Brenda’s family home in Birdhill. Maggie pulls out a showstopper when she finds an old farm house just within budget, but there’s plenty to talk about with all of the value homes found on this instalment.

On this episode, Maggie and Kieran help Dublin civil servant Miriam plug in to new remote working opportunities as they show her the great value homes that Roscommon has to offer

On this episode Maggie meets Meath native Aoife who’s hoping to move out of the family nest and in to a place of her own down the country. Maggie locates some ideal homes in Enniscorthy and hopes Aoife, her Dad John and Engineer Kieran approve of what she’s found.

On this episode Maggie and Kieran go way out west to help couple Caroline and Karl keep their rural way of life and find their dream home in the country with plenty of land. Maggie finds an ideal property with almost 17 acres, but will the house be what they are looking for?

On this episode Dublin residents Madeline and Hugh enlist the help of Maggie and Kieran to find them a house in Cork to escape the big smoke. Maggie found a variety of promising properties in the north and west of the county, including some on the beautiful Beara Peninsula. The house Maggie found in Mallow is untouched for 100 years, causing concern about costs for Kieran!

On this episode Maggie and Kieran help young couple Tracey and Ultan find a house in Clare. Maggie's hoping an old post office in Killadysert can deliver the goods and they all go back to the classroom at an old primary school that's on the market near Kilrush.

On this episode Maggie tries to find houses for Dublin couple Ella and Conor who want to work remotely. She finds some gems in Westmeath and Longford and Ella is won over by one fixer upper on seven acres.

In the final episode of the series, Maggie ventures back to Tipperary where she shows Dubliner Helen a few places where she could expand her horizons. There's great variety on offer with one house even coming with it's own food business out the back. Engineer Kieran is impressed but later concern sets in for the final property which needs an overhaul.
