Soul Sister ('Anima Gemella')

Carlo is a widower who meets con-artist Nina two years after his wife Adele's death. In a trance, Nina utters something that only Adele could have known. Nina realizes something strange is happening to her and seeks out Carlo to understand what's going on, but she is struck by another crisis.

While Nina attributes her crises to a supernatural presence, Carlo remains sceptical. Nina has anew fit right in front of him and compulsively writes that it was not the disease that killed Adele.

Carlo finds it increasingly difficult not to believe Nina. The two form a special bond that goes beyond the common desire to discover the truth about Adele's death.

Carlo discovers that Nina, alongside her friend Annabella, is a registered fraudster and he no longer trusts her.

Carlo suspects that his father Giorgio is involved in the case, but Adele exonerates Giorgio in avideo that she had recorded before death.

Thanks to Carlo, the charges against Tommy are dropped and he is cleared. Before leaving Turin,Nina discovers that Dr Melodia, Carlo's colleague, had an obsession with Adele.

Carlo's intervention on Nina is a success. Thanks to Carlo's care, Nina recovers and in a faint voice, relates a message from Adele.
